1.	All Channel Partners/Franchise will be given for a period of 1-year validity. There after renewal is must on both side mutual interest basis. Renewal is depends on the performance basis.
2.	A minimum balance amount of 10,000 is necessary in Franchise account as security money. If a Franchise avoid rules & conditions of company in that condition security money not be given back.
3.	Each Channel Partner/Franchise will be given a minimum target based on it's location (Minimum 10 order per month or Total order amount is Minimum Rs. 10,000/- per month ).
4.	In a particular period if a franchise not fulfill target in that position company have a right to suspend or terminate that franchise.
5.	For a particular city/region company will appointed only 1 franchise. The company management will decide jurisdiction.
6.	Franchises are not transferable or sharable.
7.	Charvi Associates reserves the right to change this Terms and Conditions document. Franchise will be informed by email, however it is also your responsibility to check this document periodically for any changes.
8.	All notices given by us to Franchise will be given by email or postal mail or by general posting on the Web site.
9.	TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the relationship between Franchise and Charvi Associates shall be governed by the laws of the State of Rajasthan without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Franchises and Charvi Associates agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located with in Beawar - Rajasthan.
10.	This Agreement constitutes a complete and exclusive understanding between Franchise and Charvi Associates relating to the subject matter.
11.	Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.
12.	Any franchise found working against interest of the company OR found damaging the business of the company, will be terminated without prior notice. In this case the company decision is full & final.
13.	If any part of these Terms is unenforceable (including any provision by which Charvi Associates excludes its liability to the Franchise), the enforceability of any other part of these Terms will not be affected.

2. Address Proof (Phone/Electricity Bill, Bank/Credit Card Statement).
